I got up this morning and saw a herd of deer grazing outside my office window, bathed in beautiful rim light.  Mostly of course their heads are down, and when they are not, they are partly behind trees or other deer, or with their butts facing me…  But I got a couple that I like out of the bunch, and here’s one.  Casamagnolia, Wimberley, Texas

We brought these two roses home from the garden club and  I couldn’t resist trying to capture their beauty with the camera.  Notice that the off-white rose and the red rose are unfolding differently.  Wimberley, Texas
